摘要
建立了顶空-气相色谱法测定食品接触材料(聚苯乙烯PS、丙烯腈-苯乙烯AS、丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯ABS三种材质)中苯、甲苯、乙苯、对二甲苯、间二甲苯、邻二甲苯、1, 3, 5-三甲苯、苯乙烯、异丙苯、正丙苯、仲丁苯、丁苯、1, 2, 4-三甲苯和1, 2, 3-三甲苯等14种苯类化合物的分析方法。在优化的前处理和色谱条件下,测定14种苯系化合物的方法定量限为0.9~1.3 mg/kg,低、中、高不同浓度水平10, 40和80 mg/kg的混合标准溶液回收率为85.0%~115.0%,相对标准偏差为4.9~9.6%(n=6),线性相关系数均大于0.995 0,该方法具有节省溶剂、快速、重复性好、易操作等特点,实现了对食品接触产品中的14种苯类化合物常规、快速分析。对食品接触材料中14种苯类溶剂进行检测,通过试验发现PS、ABS和AS材质除含有较高的苯乙烯外,还含有一定量的甲苯、乙苯、二甲苯、丙苯、丁苯和三甲苯等苯类化合物,存在一定风险。
The headspace-gas chromatography method determination of a total of 14 kinds of benzene compounds containing benzene,toluene,ethylbenzene,p-xylene,m-xylene,o-xylene,1,3,5-trimethylbenzene,styrene,cumene,n-propylbenzene,sec-butylbenzene,butylbenzene,1,2,4-trimethylbenzene and 1,2,3-trimethylbenzene in food contact materials[plystyrene(PS),acrylonitrile-styrene(AS),acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene(ABS)]was established.Optimization of sample pretreatment and chromatographic conditions,the linear correlation coefficient was more than 0.995 0,the detection limit with 10 S/N was0.9-1.3 mg/kg,the recovery rate of mixed standard solution of 10,40 and 80 mg/kg at different concentration levels was85.0%-115.0%,the relative standard deviation was 4.9%-9.6%(n=6),the method had the advantages of saving solvent,fast,good repeatability,easy operation and so on,and the conventional and rapid analysis of 14 benzene compounds in food contact products had been realized.The test of 14 benzene compounds in food contact products found that PS,ABS and AS materials contain not only high styrene,but also toluene,ethyl benzene,xylene,propel benzene,butyl benzene and trim ethyl benzene in a certain amount.There was a certain risk.
