摘要
对慕萨莱思酒泥中原花色素、果胶、酒石酸提出联产工艺,采用乙醇萃取法提取酒泥中的原花色素,采用酸溶醇沉法提取酒泥中的果胶,采用酸溶碱沉法提取酒泥中的酒石酸。单因素试验结果表明,乙醇体积分数80%、乙醇体积40 mL、pH 5、浸提温度60℃、超声时间30 min时,原花色素浸膏得率为18.62%±0.57%;浸提液体积50m L、p H 2、浸提温度70℃、超声时间50 min时,果胶得率为9.54%±0.44%;质量分数37%盐酸12 mL、提取温度80℃、酸浸时间20 min时,酒石酸得率为4.41%±0.68%。联产工艺具有一定应用价值,但仍需进一步优化。
The technical condition of combined extraction of proanthocyanidin,pectin and tartaric acid from Musalais mud was investigated.Ethanol was used for proanthocyanidin extraction.Pectin and tartaric were extracted based on precipitation from acid-soluble alcohol and acid-soluble alkali,respectively.The single factor experiments showed that the highest yield of proanthocyanidin extraction(18.62%±0.57%)was obtained,and ethanol concentration,extraction temperature,extraction time and pH were 80%,60℃,30 min and 4.0,respectively.A pectin yield of 9.54%±0.44%was achieved at pH 2 when extraction temperature and extraction time were 70℃and 40 min,respectively.In addition,12 mL hydrochloric acid was used in tartaric acid extraction,and a product yield of 4.41%±0.68%was obtained at 80℃when the extraction time was maintained at 20 min.Process of co-production had a certain application value,but it still needed further optimization.
