摘要
利用响应面法优选紫花丹参水溶性主要成分丹酚酸B的提取工艺。采用HPLC技术,以丹酚酸B含量为评判指标,通过响应面法来考察料液比、提取温度、提取时间3个因素对丹酚酸B提取工艺的影响。结果表明,通过响应面法得到的最佳提取工艺为:料液比1︰19 g/mL,提取温度85℃,提取时间20 min,丹酚酸B提取含量为29.57 mg/g。该响应面法优丹酚酸B的提取工艺简单,可预测性好,为丹酚酸B的提取提供更多数据。
The extraction process of salvianolic acid B,a water-soluble main component of Radix salviae Miltiorrhizae,was optimized by response surface methodology.The HPLC method was used to evaluate the content of salvianolic acid B.The response time method was used to investigate the effects of feed-liquid ratio,extraction temperature and extraction time on the extraction process of salvianolic acid B.results showed that the optimal extraction process by response surface method was as follows:the ratio of material to liquid 1︰19 g/mL,the extraction temperature 85℃,the extraction time 20 min,and the extraction amount of salvianolic acid B 29.57 mg/g.The response surface method of extracting dansolic acid B was simple and predictable,and more data for the extraction of salvianolic acid B was provided.
