摘要
为获得微波萃取剑河双钩藤中钩藤碱的最佳工艺参数,选取乙醇体积分数、料液比、萃取时间3个因素进行Box-Behnken试验设计,利用响应面法对剑河双钩藤中钩藤碱的提取工艺进行优化,建立钩藤碱得率的回归模型方程。结果表明,剑河双钩藤中钩藤碱的最佳提取工艺参数为:微波功率150 W、乙醇体积分数64%、料液比1︰169(g/m L)、微波萃取时间20 min、萃取3次,钩藤碱得率为49.553 8 mg/g。
In order to optimize the microwave extraction of rhynchophylline from Ramulus uncariae rhynchophyllae in Uncaria of Jianhe,single factor experiment was used to examine the influence of ethanol solvent concentration,solid-liquid ratio and microwave treatment time on rhynchophylline yield.The selected key parameters were optimized using response surface methodology with Box-Behnken experimental design.The results indicated that the optimal extraction condition for rhynchophylline from Ramulus uncariae rhynchophyllae in Uncaria of Jianhe was microwave powder of 150 W,ethanol solvent concentration of 64%,solid-liquid ratio of 1︰169(g/mL),microwave treatment time of 20 min and microwave extraction 3 times.Under the optimal extraction conditions,the rhynchophylline yield was 49.553 8 mg/g.
