关于外卖食品安全治理问题的博弈分析

Game Analysis on Safety Management of Takeaway Food

食品安全是民生之本。在国家的大力监管下,我国食品安全状况总体趋势向好。然而近年来随着互联网技术的迅猛发展,进而引发出一系列外卖食品安全问题,严重危及消费者的身心健康,也进一步揭示了我国外卖食品安全体系的不健全。以博弈论为理论分析工具,运用经济学相关理论知识,结合我国如今外卖食品产业现状,探寻当前外卖食品存在的主要安全问题及其原因,并对外卖食品安全问题中主要参与者的行为策略进行分析,进而提出构建外卖食品安全各方协同共治的政策建议,以期对我国外卖食品安全问题的解决提供一些参考意见。

Food safety is the basis of people’s livelihood.Under the strong supervision of the state,the overall trend of food safety in China is improving.However,with the rapid development of Internet technology in recent years,a series of takeaway food safety problems have been triggered,which has seriously endangered consumers’physical and mental health,and also further revealed that China’s takeaway food safety system is imperfect.Based on game theory as theoretical analysis tools,this article uses economics related theoretical knowledge,combines with the present situation of the food industry in our country,and explores the main safety problems existing in the current takeaway food and the reasons.It also analyzes the behavior strategies of the main participants in the takeaway food safety problems,and then puts forward the policy suggestions to build the collaborative governance of all parties involved in the food safety of takeaway food,so as to provide some suggestions for solving the problem of takeaway food safety in China.
