摘要
探讨了HACCP体系在硒类片剂保健食品生产中的应用,对生产工艺进行危害分析,确定了五个关键控制点,建立HACCP计划表,制定纠偏措施。对该产品的生产过程的品质控制进行风险管理,以提高该产品的生产管理水平和产品品质。
The application of HACCP system in the production of selenium tablets health care products was discussed.Hazard analysis of the production process was carried out,five critical control points were identified,HACCP schedule was established,and corrective measures were made.Risk management of the quality control of the production process was carried out to improve the production management and product quality.
