谷物中玉米赤霉烯酮残留的胶体金免疫层析法测定 被引量:6

摘要 建立一种快速、简便、针对谷物中玉米赤霉烯酮残留的检测方法。应用竞争抑制免疫层析原理,研制出玉米赤霉烯酮胶体金试纸条,并对其性能进行了鉴定。结果表明,该试纸条对谷物中玉米赤霉烯酮的检测限为100μg/kg,灵敏度为99%,特异性为94%,假阴性率为1%,假阳性率为6%,检测时间为10 min。该方法操作简便、灵敏度高、特异性强,适用于现场快速检测谷物中的玉米赤霉烯酮。 To establish a rapid and convenient detection method for zearalenone residues in grain,the colloidal gold strip for zearalenone was developed based on competitive inhibition immunochromatography mechanism.The results show that the detection limit of the strip for zearalenone in grain is 100μg/kg in less than 10 min.The sensitivity,specificity,false negative rate and false positive rate are 99%,94%,1%and 6%,respectively.This method is user-friendly with high sensitivity and specificity,and it is suitable for the rapid detection of zearalenone residues in grain on the spot.
