响应面法优化微波辅助提取马铃薯渣中果胶工艺 被引量:8

Optimization of Microwave-Assisted Extraction of Pectin from Potato Pulp by Response Surface Methodology

摘要 以马铃薯渣为原料,研究和优化微波辅助提取果胶的工艺条件。在单因素试验基础上,确定微波加热时间、料液比、饱和硫酸铝用量3个因素为自变量。采用响应面法,通过三因素三水平的Box-Behnken中心组合试验设计,对马铃薯渣中果胶提取工艺的主要影响因素进行考察,并建立相应的数学模型,以果胶提取率为响应值进行响应面分析。结果表明,微波辅助提取马铃薯渣中果胶的优化工艺条件为微波加热时间1.5 min、液料比24∶1 (mL/g)、饱和硫酸铝用量405μL,在此条件下,果胶提取率达到13.79%,与预测值相近。马铃薯渣是一种提取果胶的良好资源,该研究为马铃薯渣这一废弃物的综合利用提供了参考。 Potato pulp was used as raw materials to study and optimize microwave-assisted extraction technological conditions of pectin.Based on one-factor-at-a-time experiments,microwave heating time,solid to liquid ratio and dosage of saturated aluminium sulfate were determined as independent variables.Response surface methodology(RSM)based on a three-level,three-variable Box-Behnken design was applied to study the main effect factors of the extraction process of pectin from potato pulp,and establish the corresponding mathematical model,then response surface analysis(RSA)was conducted with the extraction yield of pectin as responsiveness.The optimal extraction conditions were obtained as follows:the microwave heating time 1.5 min,the liquid to solid ratio 24∶1(m L/g),and the dosage of aluminium sulfate 405μL.Under these conditions,the yield of pectin could reach 13.79%,which was close to the predicted yield.Potato pulp was a good resource for pectin extraction.This study provided reference for the comprehensive utilization of potato pulp.
