摘要
为优选银怡片水提浸膏喷雾干燥工艺,以总黄酮含量、葛根素含量、含水量和出粉率为综合考察指标,选取恒流泵转速、进风温度、浸膏比重、雾化器频率4个因素进行响应面试验设计,采用熵权法确定各指标权重,优选银怡片水提浸膏喷雾干燥工艺。结果表明,最佳喷雾干燥工艺条件为:恒流泵转速41 r/min,进风温度171℃,浸膏比重1.09 (60℃),雾化器频率230 Hz。该条件下的喷雾干燥综合评分为56.68分,与响应面模型预测值相近(相对偏差0.26%)。优选的喷雾干燥工艺稳定可行,此次试验为银怡片的产业化提供了参考。
To optimize the spray drying process of water extract paste of Yinyi tablet,with content of total flavonoids,puerarin,moisture and powder rate as comprehensive evaluating indexes,entropy weighting method was applied to determine the weight of each index,and design-response surface method was used to optimize constant current pump speed,inlet air temperature,extract density and atomizer frequency.The result showed that optimum spray drying process was the constant current pump speed 41 r/min,the inlet air temperature 171℃,extract density 1.09(60℃),and atomizer frequency 230 Hz.Under these conditions,the average comprehensive score was 56.68,which was close to the model prediction(the relative deviation was 0.26%).The optimized spray drying process of water extract paste of Yinyi tablet is stable and feasible,which can provide a reference for production of Yinyi tablet.
