摘要
研究以D-氨基葡萄糖盐酸盐、硫酸软骨素和碳酸钙为主要成分制备的氨糖软骨素钙片对骨密度的影响。以0.36, 0.72和2.16 g/(kg·bw)剂量的氨糖软骨素钙片给大鼠灌胃3个月。结果表明,高剂量组大鼠股骨中心及远心端骨密度、骨钙含量、总钙量显著高于低钙对照组;中、高剂量组大鼠摄入钙、尿钙含量及粪钙含量显著高于低钙对照组;中、高剂量组大鼠钙表观吸收率和存留率显著低于低钙对照组。差异具有显著性(p<0.05)。高剂量组大鼠的各项指标与相应的碳酸钙对照组比较差异没有显著性(p>0.05)。揭示氨糖软骨素钙片有增加大鼠骨密度的作用。
The effect of calcium tablets of aminosaccharide chondroitin on bone density was studied,which mainly composed of d-glucosamine hydrochloride,chondroitin sulfate and calcium carbonate.Rats were given three months of gavage with0.36,0.72,and 2.16 g/(kg·bw)amidochondroitin calcium tablets.The results showed that the bone density,calcium content and total calcium content of the central and distal femur of rats in the high-dose group were significantly higher than those in the low-calcium control group.The contents of calcium,urine calcium and fecal calcium in rats in the middle and high dose groups were significantly higher than those in the low calcium group.The apparent calcium uptake and retention rate of rats in the middle and high dose groups were significantly lower than those in the low calcium group.The difference was significant(p<0.05).There was no significant difference between the above indexes of high-dose rats and the corresponding calcium carbonate control group(p>0.05).Chondroitin calcium tablet had the effect of increasing bone density in rats.
