摘要
食品消费是环境影响的主要驱动因素之一。一方面,食品为人类生存的必需品;另一方面,食品消费的持续不断升级对人类环境造成严重威胁。因此协调处理好'扩大消费'与'环境保护'的之间矛盾关系具有重要的现实意义。采用综合碳折算系数法对2000—2016年的食品消费的碳排放进行计算,并分析居民食品消费结构对碳排放结构的影响,最后借鉴发达国家先进经验,为降低资源消耗及调整居民消费方式提供理论依据。
Food consumption is one of the main driving factors of environmental impact.On the one hand,food is essential for human survival.On the other hand,the continuous upgrading of food consumption poses a serious threat to the human environment.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to coordinate the contradiction between'expanding consumption'and'environmental protection'.Carbon emission of food consumption from 2000 to 2016 was calculated by comprehensive carbon conversion coefficient method,and the effect of food consumption structure on carbon emission structure was analyzed.Finally,the advanced experience of developed countries was used for reference to provide theoretical basis for reducing resource consumption and adjusting consumption patterns.
