摘要
以市售婴幼儿配方奶粉为样本,选用离子色谱法(IC)与紫外分光光度法(UV)分别检测其中硫氰酸钠含量,硫氰酸钠含量在6.1~51 mg/kg之间。离子色谱法的检测值普遍高于紫外分光光度法的检测值,偏高范围在101%~110%之间。离子色谱法更能准确体现婴幼儿配方奶粉中硫氰酸钠含量。
The sodium thiocyanate content in infant formula milk powder was determined by ion chromatography(IC)and ultraviolet spectrophotometry(UV).The content of sodium thiocyanate was in the range of 6.1-51 mg/kg.The detection value of ion chromatography was generally higher than that of ultraviolet spectrophotometry,with a high range of 101%-110%.Ion chromatography can more accurately reflect the content of sodium thiocyanate in infant formula milk powder.
