Design and Implementation of a Smart Pancake Soy Milk Production and Sales Machine

针对目前市场上煎饼豆浆等早餐自动产售设备的空白,研制了一款智能煎饼豆浆产售一体机。智能煎饼豆浆产售一体机主要由煎饼制作装置、煎饼包装装置、面浆存储及泵送装置、豆浆灌装装置、智能售卖系统等组成。煎饼以统一配送的面浆为原料,现场制作售卖;豆浆采用大豆磨制,统一配送,现场灌装售卖。煎饼制作装置采用上下两层锅面的结构,两个锅体分别煎制同一张煎饼的两面;面浆存储及泵送装置采用活塞泵的形式泵送面浆,泵送的面浆比较稳定、均匀。智能煎饼豆浆产售一体机填补了市场上早餐类自动售卖机的空白,更好地满足了人们的早餐需求。

Aiming at the gap of the automatic production and sales equipment for breakfast,such as,pancake and soybean milk on the present market,therefore,the smart pancake soybean milk production and sales machine were developed,which were mainly composed of the pancake making device,pancake packaging device,batter storage and pumping device,soybean milk filling device and smart selling system.The pancakes were made of batter distributed unitedly and are sold on site;The soybean milk was grind by soybeans,distributed unitedly,and filled and sold on site.The pancake making device adopts the two structures of upper and lower pot sides,and the two sides of the same pancake are fried by the two pots respectively;The batter storage and pumping device pump the batter by adopting piston pump,which would make batter more stable and uniform.The smart pancake soybean milk production and sales machine fill the gap in the breakfast vending machine on the market,which better met people’s breakfast needs.
