摘要
对比了使用直接测汞仪和原子荧光光谱仪测定卷烟中汞含量。在测汞仪法中,检测范围为0~20 ng,相关系数≥0.999 90,方法检出限为0.025μg/kg,加标质量浓度分别为20, 40和60μg/L时,回收率为100.15%~101.84%,相对标准偏差(N=11)为0.64%~1.39%。测试常见卷烟中的汞含量为20~60μg/kg。相比于原子荧光光谱法,直接测汞仪法前处理简单,用量少,检出限低,结果准确,稳定性好,适用于卷烟中汞含量的快速测定。
Comparison of direct mercury analyzer and atom fluorescence spectroscopy detecting mercury in cigarettes had been conducted.In direct mercury analyzer method,the detection range was 0 to 20 ng,and the relation rate was greater or equal to 0.999 90.The recovery of the method was tested,resulted in the range of 100.15%to 101.84%,and the value of RSD(N=11)was detected in the range of 0.64%to 1.39%.The concentration of mercury in common cigarettes was more than 20μg/kg but less than 60μg/kg.This method had advantages of easier pretreatment,less weight,lower detection limit,higher accuracy and better stability,appropriating for rapid detection of mercury concentration in cigarettes.
