摘要
我国是养羊大国,羊胎盘资源量丰富,且羊胎盘极具营养和药用价值。为实现羊胎盘的高值化利用,本文首先总结了羊胎盘的主要营养成分及其功能,并深入阐述了羊胎盘肽的制备工艺现状以及其抗氧化活性和提高免疫活性的生理功能,在此基础上进一步总结了羊胎盘肽在护肤品、中药制剂和功能食品等方面的实际应用,利用CiteSpace软件对近20年来羊胎盘研究动态进行聚类分析。在阐述国内外羊胎盘肽开发利用的基础上,讨论了目前存在的问题,为羊胎盘的资源化利用提供参考。
The sheep farming is common and prevalent in China,resulting to that the sheep placenta with great nutritional and medicinal value is abundant.In view of this,the main nutritional components and functions of sheep placenta were summarized firstly.Furthermore,the present situation of sheep placenta peptide on preparation technology and its physiological function of antioxidant and immune improvement were investigated and expounded in order to achieve the high-value utilization of the sheep placenta. Moreover,the application of the sheep placenta in the skin care products,traditional Chinese medicine preparation and functional food were also summarized.In addition,the CiteSpace information visualization software was used to carry out clustering analysis on the research trends for nearly 20 years.In conclusion,the development and utilization of sheep placenta peptide in the world at present were expounded in this paper,and the existing problems were discussed,which will be beneficial to the resource utilization of sheep placenta.
