摘要
为从分子水平上了解豆渣的组成结构,以乙醇为溶剂在索式萃取器中对豆渣进行萃取,萃取物用傅里叶转换红外光谱仪和气相色谱-质谱法分析。结果表明:萃取物中共检测到35种物质,主要分为烷烃、烯烃、芳香烃、醛、酸、酯及其他类物质7类组分。其中,醛类化合物含量和种类均为最多,共9种醛类化合物,相对含量为66.8%。
The ethanol-extractable fraction of soybean dreg extracted by Soxhlet extraction was analyzed by Fourier transform infrared(FTIR) spectrometer and gas chromatography-mass spectrometer(GC-MS) for molecular structure and chemical composition. In total, 35 compounds were identified from the ethanolic extract, including alkanes, alkenes, arenes, aldehydes, acids, esters, and other compounds. Nine aldehydes were identified and they were found to be the most abundant compounds with a relative content of 66.8%. This research is of significance in the high added value utilization of soybean dreg.
