摘要
改进GB/T 5009.11—2003《食品中总砷及无机砷的测定》中应用氢化物原子荧光光谱法测定无机砷的前处理方法。结果表明:大米样品在60℃超声波提取35 min,上机前放置25 min后的测定结果,测定结果与国标法分析结果经配对t检验(t=1.37,P>0.05)表明无显著差异。该方法检出限为0.015mg/kg,线性范围0~200μg/L,回收率为93.8%~106.0%,相对标准偏差为3.3%,具有简便、快速、干扰少、准确可靠等优点,适用于质检机构大批量样品的测定。
The pretreatment method for the determination of inorganic arsenic using hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry described the Chinese national standard GB/T 5009.11-2003 'Determination of total arsenic and inorganic arsenic in foods' was improved. The results indicated that the analytical results for rice samples extracted ultrasonically for 35 min and then allowed to stand for 25 min before injection were not significantly different from those obtained following the national standard by pairwise t-test(t = 1.37,P > 0.05). The detection limit,linear range,recovery rate and relative standard deviation of the developed method were 0.015 mg/kg,0–200 μg/L,and 93.8%–106.0%,respectively. This method is characteristics of simple and fast operation,less interference and high accuracy so that it is suitable for the determination of bulk samples in quality inspection.
