摘要
小分子物质(即半抗原)因分子质量小、抗原表位单一,其免疫学分析方法目前多为竞争型,然而非竞争型的分析灵敏度、精确度和线性范围均优于竞争型。本文介绍了近几年小分子物质的非竞争免疫分析方法的最新研究进展,重点阐述了各类分析方法的原理、特点及应用,并对小分子物质的非竞争免疫学分析方法的发展趋势进行了展望。
Although competitive immunoassays are currently used more commonly to detect small molecules due to their low molecular weight and single epitope, noncompetitive immunoassays have better specificity, higher sensitivity and broader linear ranges. This review describes the latest progress on various noncompetitive immunoassays for small molecules with emphasis on their principles, characteristics and applications. Furthermore, future developmen t trends are di scussed.
