摘要
目的:建立微波消解-石墨炉原子吸收光谱测定壳聚糖膜中铜离子含量的方法。方法:采用微波消解法对样品膜进行消解,在波长327.4 nm处,用石墨炉测定样品模中铜离子的含量。结果:本方法线性关系良好,相关系数r2=0.999 3,检出限为0.096 mg/g。铜离子回收率为72.78%~90.91%。结论:该方法具有快速、简单、准确、无污染等优点,可用于测定壳聚糖膜对铜离子的选择性吸附量。
Objective:To establish a method for the determination of copper ion in chitosan membrane by microwave digestion and graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrophotometry.Method:The chitosan membrane was dissolved by microwave digestion before analysis by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrophotometry at a wavelength of 327.4 nm.Result:This method had good linearity with a correlation coefficient(r^2) of 0.999 3,and the limit of detection(LOD) was0.096 μg/g.Recoveries from spiked samples ranged from 72.78%to 90.91%.Conclusions:This method is rapid,simple,accurate pollution-free and suitable for the determination of copper in chitosan membrane.
