武警战士5公里跑多样性训练方法研究

摘要 5公里跑是武警部队日常体能训练的重要科目之一,是5公里越野跑的基础。其持续时间长、高强度的项目特点对武警战士来讲始终是巨大的挑战。本文通过对5公里跑项目"极点"现象的阐释及分析现阶段武警战士5公里跑项目常用训练方法,提出改革武警战士5公里跑项目训练模式,为合理制定武警男性战士训练方案提供理论依据。 5 -km run is one of the important subjects of daily physical training for armed police force and it is the foundation of 5 -km cross -country race.Its characteristics of long duration and high intensity have been posing great challenges for armed police.Based on the interpretation of ‘limit’phenomenon in 5 -km run and the analysis of daily training method adopted in current 5 -km run of armed force,the paper suggests reforming the training mode of 5 -km run of armed police with the intention to provide theoretical basis for making reasonable training program for male armed police.
