摘要
采用文献资料、数理统计、教学实践和逻辑分析等研究方法,对高校社会体育专业健美操课程采用"分层模块"教学的实践研究表明:在社会体育专业健美操课程采用"分层模块"教学方法,能克服因教学环境条件不足、学生素质参差不齐、学生选项动机不一、课时量不足与教学内容过多的矛盾等多种困难,为学生在有限的时间里掌握适合自身发展和适应社会需要的技能提供典范。
With methods of literature,mathematical statistics,teaching practice and logical analysis,the paper studies the practice of ‘layered module’in university aerobics course teaching of the specialty of social sports.It shows that the adoption of the teaching method of ‘layered module’in teaching aerobics courses of the specialty of social sports can overcome difficulties like lack of teaching environment,uneven quality of students,different motivations of students’choice,and contradiction between insufficient teaching hour and too much teaching content.Thus,the practice provides an example for students to master skills that are suitable for their own development and to meet the needs of adapting to society in limited time.
