广东省高等学校青年体育教师生存状态调查研究

Living Condition Investigation and Study of Young P.E.Teachers in Universities of Guangdong Province

本文选取工作、职业发展、生活状态三个维度对广东省17所高等院校40岁以下青年体育教师的生存现状进行调查,结合对高校青年体育教师的深度访谈,揭示当今高校青年体育教师的生存现状。

This article selects three dimensions of job,career development and life condition to investigate living condition of young P.E.teachers under the age of 40 in 17 universities of Guangdong province.By combining in-depth interview with young P.E.teachers in universities,the paper reveals the living condition of young P.E. teachers in universities.
