摘要 近几年,食品质量与安全事件频频发生,苏丹红鸭蛋、三氯氰胺奶粉以及镉超标大米等现象使我国数亿消费者人心惶惶,我国的食品安全管理问题急需相关专业人才加以解决。本文通过具体分析食品质量与安全专业的发展现状,对特色专业建设中存在的问题加以研究,结合专业建设的目标要求,探究加强食品质量与安全专业建设的有效措施。 In recent years, food quality and safety incidents occurred frequently, sudan red duck eggs, chemical melamine powdered milk and cadmium rice made hundreds of millions of consumers in China, our country's food safety management to solve the problem in urgent need of relevant professionals. This article through the concrete analysis of food quality and safety professional development present situation, the characteristics of the problems existing in the construction of professional study, combined with the goal of the construction of the professional requirements, to explore the effective measures to strengthen the construction of food quality and safety professional.
