摘要
社会经济日益发展,食品产业化经营也日益发展,但是这却更容易产生是卫生安全隐患,尤其是食品加工过程中铅含量超标现象尤为严重,因此要采取有效的食品铅含量检验方法。笔者以食品中铅含量检验方法当中常用的二硫腙比色法进行介绍,希望给广大食品检验工作者提供一些有益的参考。
