益生菌是人体肠道重要的生理菌群,对于人体高血压、高血脂、心脏病、糖尿病和癌症的防治有着重要意义。本文通过介绍益生菌的定义及其应具备的条件,科学论述了益生菌对人体具有抑制病原菌的生长繁殖、提高人体免疫功能、延缓人体衰老、提高人体免疫功能、抑制乳糖不耐症等重大作用。本文旨在为读者提供益生菌在传统发酵食品和功能性食品等食品工业领域的研究应用的基本情况。
