摘要
食品安全是关系到人们生活稳定和生命安全的重要事项,做好食品安全的管理是政府的重要职责。但是,在当前的食品安全管理当中,存在一系列的问题,如管理责任不清、管理制度不健全等,导致许多不安全的食品流入到市场当中,引起食品中毒、死亡等安全事故。本文在阐述食品安全和管理概念的基础上,分析食品安全管理中存在的问题,并提出相应对策,以促进食品安全管理水平提升,构建一个科学、有效的食品安全管理体系。
Food safety is related to people's life,the important items of the stability and safety of life of the food safety management is the important responsibility of the government.But,in the midst of the current food safety management,there are a series of problems,such as the management responsibility is not clear,management system is not sound, etc.,caused many unsafe food into the market,cause food poisoning,death and other accidents.In this paper,on the basis of the concept of food safety and management,analyzes the problems of food safety management,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures,so as to promote food safety management level,build a scientific and effective food safety management system.
