构建食品农产品可追溯档案与管理体系不仅是保障食品质量安全的民生工程,也是信息化时代加强食品安全监管的有效手段。本文通过分析我国食品农产品可追溯档案与管理体系的现状及存在问题,借鉴发达国家和地区的实践经验,提出有针对性的对策和建议。

Build a traceable files and management system of food and agricultural products is not only the people's livelihood projects of food quality and safety guarantee, but also is a effective means to strengthen the supervision of food safety in the information age. In this paper, I put forward some corresponding countermeasures and advice by analyzing the current situation and problems of our country's traceable files and management system of food and agricultural products and draw lessons from the experiences of developed countries and regions.
