生鲜品冷链物流是生鲜品质量和安全得以保证的关键。通过分析生鲜品电商的销售及物流模式,指出了生鲜电商物流的问题所在,并有针对性的构建了冷链物流新系统,同时对冷链进一步发展的对策和政策进行了探讨。
Cold-chain logistics of fresh product is the key to the guarantee of the quality and safety of the fresh product. Through analyzing the sales and logistics mode of the fresh electricity supplier, the paper points out the existent problem in it' s logistics, builds the new systems targetedly of cold-chain logistics, and discusses the countermeasures to the further development of cold-chain and the policy.
