平房仓储备库散粮输送工艺探析

Analysis of Bulk Grain Transportation process in Warehouse Reserve Depots

随着我国粮食现代物流水平的不断提高,粮食"四散"(散装、散运、散卸、散储)化作业正逐步实现机械化、自动化和现代化。作为大型粮食储备库,都将面临着装卸劳动力的紧缺及其成本日益加大的问题,如何对现有粮食机械设备及输送工艺进行优化和整合,制订成熟可靠、先进合理的粮食输送工艺,提高工作效率,降低物流成本,已显得极其重要。本文旨在通过对两种不同散粮输送入仓工艺的探析比较,为类似粮食储备库散粮输送工艺提供参考。

With the continuous improvement of China' s modern grain logistics level, the bulk grain operations of loading, transporting, unloading and storing, they gradually realize the mechanization, automation and modernization. Large grain reserve depots are confronted with the problems of the shortage of labor handling loading and unloading, as well as the increasing costs. It' s extremely important to optimize and integrate the existing grain machinery and transportation technology, in order to develop mature and reliable, advanced and reasonable grain transportation technology, improve work efficiency and reduce the cost of logistics. This paper aims to analyse and compare two different types of technology of transporting bulk grain into the warehouse, and tries to provide a reference for similar grain reserve depots.
