摘要
生产表明,5YH-5型烘干机采用的地黄3干燥段+1冷却段的干燥工艺与技术参数,符合地黄的干燥特性和降水规律;与传统土炕烘干相比,烘干机的单位面积装料量提高2倍,干燥时间缩短50%,生产率提高8~9倍,一次合格率提高29.7%,每千克干地黄的耗煤量降低0.71kg。在用工数相同的条件下,机械干燥的单位成本仅为土炕烘干的三分之一,而烘后地黄的品质优、售价提高2~3元/kg。
It showed, the drying process and technical parameter of three drying stages and a cooling stage what the 5YH-5 type dryer chose to dry rehmannia accorded with the drying characteristics and precipitation regularity of rehmannia. Compared with the traditional adobe kang drying, the load of per unit area of the dryer increases by 2 times, the drying time shortens by 50%, the productivity increases by 8 to 9 times, the percent of pass for once increases by 29.7%, the coal consumption of per kilogram of dried rehmannia reduces 0.71 kg. In the same number of labor conditions, unit cost is only one-third of adobe kang' s cost, but the quality of dried rehmannia is better and the price increases by 2~3 yuan/kg.
