散粮立筒仓降碎装置的初步研究

The preliminary study of lower crushing device in Grain silo field

对于粮食从仓顶高空落下造成破碎率增高的课题,目前国内针对立筒仓的散粮降碎装置还没有专项研究和普及。本文在浅圆仓降碎装置的基础上,提出新的立筒仓降碎装置的设想,希望能对立筒仓降碎装置的推广和普及起到积极的推动作用。

The crushing rate problem of bulk grain is an important issue in bulk grain circulation field, this paper put forward its structure on the basis of lower crushing device in Grain silo field, proposes two new bulk grain lower crushing devices which can effectively reduce the grain force and speed when flowing into the silo, thereby reduce the broken rate of bulk grain. It also helps to Standardization design of lower crushing device, reduce the actual manufacture and installation difficulty.
