摘要
食品安全法律体系的存在对提高食品安全方面起到了重要作用,同时在实施过程中也存在一定的问题,如何科学的构建我国的食品安全法律体系对提高我国食品安全具有重要意义。本文通过分析我国食品安全法律体系存在的问题并对存在的问题提出相应的对策,为我国食品安全的管理提供参考。
