粮油检测检验的流程较为复杂,其中包含采样、运输、试样制备、分析检测、数据记录以及结果计算、报告书的编制、审核与归档等。粮油检测检验的最终结果往往会受到诸多因素的干扰,如果其中某一环节控制不当,便很可能出现问题。结合实际工作,对粮油检验实验室的规范化管理的对策展开探讨。

Testing processes for grain and oil is relatively complex, which includes sampling, transport, sample preparation, analysis and detection, data recording and calculation, the edition of evaluation report, and reviewing and filing, etc. There are many interfering factors in the final results for grain and oil testing. So, problems can occur, when one part in the process is not well controlled. Combined with practical work, this paper discusses measures for standardization of management in grain and oil laboratory.
