摘要
随着社会科学技术的发展和进步,人们的生活质量和生活水平一直在不断提升,对葡萄酒的需求量和质量要求也一直在提升,而且我国葡萄酒生产和酿造工艺近几年也取得了非常大的进步,而在葡萄酒酿造过程中非常重要的一步就是酿造物的提取。基于此,主要针对葡萄酒酿造的冷冻提取工艺展开详细的分析和研究。
With the development of social science and technology, people's life quality and living standards have been continuously improving, the demand for wine and quality has been improving, and the production of wine and brewing technology has made great progress in recent years, the extraction of the brewing is a very important step in the process of wine brewing. Based on this, this paper mainly analyzes and studies the frozen extraction process of wine brewing.
