新时期食品安全溯源体系的建设是顺应民众需求的必然选择,要立足于食品安全溯源体系建设不足,积极探索创新应对举措,全面提升国内食品安全管理能力。基于此,介绍了新时期食品安全溯源体系的含义与必要性,探讨了食品安全溯源体系建设问题及应对举措,以期为广大群众提供放心的食品安全服务。

In the new period, the construction of food safety traceability system is conform to the needs of the people, so we should actively explore innovative measures to comprehensively improve the ability of domestic food safety management, based on the lack of food safety traceability system construction. Based on this, this paper introduced the meaning and necessity of food safety traceability system in the new era, discussed the problem of food safety traceability system construction and measures to deal with it, in order to provide the broad masses of food safety services.
