摘要
降血脂乳粉可以有效降低心脑血管疾病风险以及改善高脂血症,是一类很好的功能性食品。基于此,综述降血脂乳粉的作用机理及生产工艺,并对其应用现状和前景作进一步分析。
Hypolipidemic milk powder can effectively reduce the risk of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, and improve hyperlipidemia, it is a kind of perfect functional food. Based on this, this paper reviewed the mechanism of reducing blood lipid in milk powder and the production process, and furtherly analyzed the prospect of present situation.
