摘要
随着人们生活水平的提升,食品结构也发生了较大的转变,由原来的单一型转变为复杂型。不同的食品中含有迥异的营养元素,因此,摄入多种食品是人体健康成长的所需。但是,在各种食品入口时,微生物食品感染的安全问题不得不引起重视。基于此,从食品微生物的概述出发,分析当下食品微生物的检验内容及其检测技术,并提出相应的注意事项,旨在控制食品安全问题,减少疾病危害。
With the improvement of people's living standard, the food structure has changed greatly, from the original single type to complex type. Different foods contain different nutritional elements, therefore, the intake of a variety of food is the need of human healthy growth. However, with the entrance of a variety of food, the safety of microbial food infection had to cause our attention. Based on this, from the food microbiology overview, this paper analyzed the current food microbiology testing content and its detection technology, and putted forward the corresponding precautions, in order to control food safety problems, reduce the disease harm.
