摘要 随着社会的快速发展和科技进步的日新月异,人们对食品安全的要求标准也在不断提高,粮油中农药残留检测技术的发展更是受到大众的持续关注。高效液相色谱法以其操作耗时少、灵敏度强和样品用量小等特点,在粮油农残检测中占有重要地位。基于此,主要分析液相色谱法检测粮油农药残留的研究进展,以供参考。 With the rapid development of society and the rapid progress of science and technology, people's requirements for food safety standards are constantly improving, the development of pesticide residue detection technology in grain and oil has been continuously concerned by the public. High performance liquid chromatography with the characteristics of less time consuming, strong sensitivity and small sample consumption, plays an important role in the detection of pesticide residues in cereals and oils. Based on this, the main analytical method for the determination of pesticide residues in grain and oil was studied, for reference.
