包装饮用水中铜绿假单胞菌的检测方法

Detection Method of Pseudomonas Aeruginosa in Packaged Drinking Water

该文同时使用乙酰胺琼脂平板和CN琼脂平板,用GB/T8538-2008中的方法检测包装饮用水中的铜绿假单胞菌。结果显示,增加使用乙酰胺琼脂平板,可以减少或避免检测结果出现假阴性。

In this paper, acetamide Agar plate and CN was used to detect the Pseudomonas aeruginosa in drinking water by the method of GB/T8538-2008 in the same time. The results showed that increasing the use of acetamide AGAR plate could reduce or avoid test results appear false negatives
