摘要
人参果含有丰富的蛋白质、氨基酸、维生素及矿物质元素,还含有多糖及黄酮类活性物质,具有抗氧化、防癌抗癌等作用。随着人参果在我国引种面积的增加,人们对人参果的营养价值越来越引起关注。
Ginseng fruit contains rich protein,amino acids,vitamins and minerals,also contains polysaccharides and flavonoids active substances,which has the function of anti-oxidation,anti-cancer. With the increase of the introduction area of ginseng fruit in China,more and more attention has been paid to the nutritional value of ginseng fruit. This paper systematically deals with the literature on Nutrients,health function,and deep processed products of the fruits of Solanum muricatum.
