摘要
现阶段,我国的豆制品食品加工出现了较为明显的生产和消费下滑的趋势,主要原因是由于豆制品食品加工中所出现的安全隐患因素日益增多。因此,豆制品的食品安全问题是新时期豆制品工业生产进一步发展需要深入思考和改革的问题。
At this stage,China's soybean food processing appeared more obvious decline in production and consumption,the main reason is due to the increasing number of security risk factors in the processing of soy products. Therefore,the food safety of soy products is a problem that needs to be deeply thought and reform in the further development of bean products industry in the new era.
