近年来,我国非常重视农产品的可追溯性管理,已有部分农产品企业根据国家要求初步建立了保障农产品可追溯的管理程序。因此,要建立完善的农产品可追溯体系,确保农产品"源头可追溯、信息可查询、流程可跟踪、产品可召回",必须了解食品身份信息采集现状,以便有针对性地实施管理。

In recent years,our country also attaches great importance to the traceability of agricultural products management,there are some agricultural products enterprises in accordance with the requirements of the initial establishment of the national security of agricultural products traceability management procedures. Therefore,it is necessary to establish and improve the agricultural product traceability system,ensure agricultural products 'the source can be traced back,information query,process tracking,product recall',and understand the food identity status of information collection,for the implementation of the management.
