食品安全抽检存在的问题及改善措施

Analysis on the Effectiveness of Food Safety Sampling

随着人们生活质量不断提高,对食品安全和质量更加重视,而食品检验是保证食品安全的唯一途径,虽然国家食品抽检体系已成立,并积极地投入使用,但仍存在很多的问题,影响食品抽检的效果。对此,笔者就食品安全抽检的有效性,结合食品安全抽检现状,以及抽检流程等进行分析,并提出相应的策略,希望对食品安全抽检效果的提升有积极的意义。

People pay more attention to food safety and quality with the consecutive improvement of the people's living quality. Due to that food inspection is the only way to ensure the safety of food, national food inspection system has been established and put into use. But there are still many problem which may impact the result of food inspection. This study will makes analysis on effectiveness, situation and process of food safety inspection. The author's opinion is put forward and hope to have a positive promoting meaning to the food safety inspection.
