学习理论知识是一种吸收,那么实习则是一种知识的输出。实习对于专业知识的技能提升有非常重要的作用。本文通过分析食品科学与工程专业生产实习的现状来浅析生产实习的教学模式。
Learning theory knowledge is an absorbent, the practice is a kind of knowledge of the output. Internship for skills upgrading expertise has a very important role. This paper analyzes the status quo of Food Science and Engineering Specialty Practice Teaching Model for Analysis of Production Practice.
