食品检测分析中仪器分析法的应用

"民以食为天",但近年来的食品安全问题却使得人民群众什么都不敢吃。相关的食品生产企业要保证生产质量,提高责任心;国家有关部门还要加大监管力度,对食品安全质量严格把关。以食品检测为重点,引进科学的、先进的技术进行食品检测,保证进入市场的食品质量,提升人民群众对食品的信心。基于此,笔者就对仪器分析法在食品检测中所起的积极作用和具体应用进行分析。
