摘要 碳水化合物结合结构域(Carbohydrate binding module),简称CBM。其是一种具有独立折叠结构的蛋白质。主要功能是特异性结合多糖(尤其不溶性多糖),并能通过4种机制来提高碳水化合物活性酶类的催化效率。其在生物工艺、环境的生物疗法、分析诊断工具及改善多糖水解酶酶特性上均具有广泛的应用。 Carbohydrate binding module(CBM) is a protein with an independent folding, and its main function is specific binding polysaccharides(especially insoluble polysaccharides), and by four kinds of mechanisms to improve the catalytic efficiency of carbohydrate active enzymes. It has been widely applied in bioprocessing, bioremediation, diagnostics and improvements of stability and activity of polysaccharide hydrolase.
