摘要 本文主要关注和讨论的焦点是肉质品腺体的摘除与处理,主要介绍了3种腺体甲状腺、肾上腺和变态淋巴结,通过详细阐述这3种腺体的危害得出摘除这三种腺体的必要性,最后文章中还提到了如何处理这些腺体的一些方法供同行商榷,为中国的食品安全奉献出一份力量。 Glands of meat products is the focus of this paper mainly focuses on the problem of extraction and processing, mainly describes the three kinds of the thyroid gland, adrenal glands and abnormal lymph node, through detailed description of the glands of the harm that the necessity of these three kinds of glands removed, finally also referred to the how to deal with these glands of some methods for peer discussion, give a force for China's food security.
