摘要
研究发现,有诸多的安全隐患存在于食品微生物检验过程中,这会直接威胁检验人员的生命健康安全。因此,就需要将微生物安全管理切实开展下去,增强检验人员的安全防范意识,采取一系列的生物安全防护措施,消除食品微生物检验中的危险隐患。
The study found that there are many security risks exist in the process of food microbiology inspection, will directly threaten the health and safety of the inspection personnel. Therefore, it is needed to carry out the microbiological safety management, enhance the safety awareness of inspection personnel, to take a series of biological safety measures to eliminate the risk of food microbiological testing.
