接触皿培养基的制备及质量验证

摘要 目的:摸索接触皿培养基配方及制备工艺,评价接触皿培养基的效果。方法:用国产原料配方制备接触皿培养基,按《中华人民共和国药典》中规定的灵敏度试验方法,将本实验室制备的接触皿培养基与商品化RODAC培养基进行灵敏度比较试验,以及接触皿培养基与商品化RODAC培养基在洁净间监测应用中对比试验。结果:本实验室制备的接触皿培养基与商品化RODAC培养基进行灵敏度效果比较试验中活菌数无显著差异;菌落直径无显著差异。在洁净间监测应用对比试验中的细菌检出率无显著差异。结论:本实验室制备的接触皿培养基灵敏度效果及洁净间监测应用中的细菌检出率能满足要求,且成本低于商品化的RODAC培养基。 Purpose: Find the proper formula and preparing technology of contact medium. And evaluate effect of the contact medium. Method: Perform and compare the sensitivity test of contact medium with domestic material and commercial RODAC medium according to Pharmacopoeia of China. Meanwhile, monitor the difference of application experiment between the domestic medium and commercial RODAC medium. Result: There is no significant difference between domestic medium and commercial RODAC medium in sensitivity test. There is no significant difference in bacteria positive rates of clean room application experiment. Conclusion: The sensitivity effect of the contact medium with domestic material and bacteria positive rates of application monitoring experiment in clean room meet requirements. And the cost of contact medium with domestic material is lower than commercial RODAC medium.
