摘要
近年来,食品安全问题引起了社会各界的广泛关注,食品安全检测技术也再次成为业内讨论的热点。基于此,研究了DNA探针、PCR、生物芯片、胶体金免疫层析及ELLSA等生物技术在食品检测方面的应用。
In recent years, the problem of food safety has aroused widespread concern in the community, food safety detection technology has become a hot topic in the industry once again. Based on this, this paper studied the application of DNA probe, PCR, biological chip, colloidal gold immunoassay and ELLSA and other biological techniques in the field of food testing.
